These terms apply when you use RoleFalcon. By using the site you accept them. The operator is named in the Legal Notice.

1. What the site does

RoleFalcon helps you find open job postings. It shows short facts about each posting (title, company, location, date and labels) and a link to the original posting. It does not copy the posting text. The site is free to use.

2. Sources and no affiliation

The postings come from the public job pages that employers publish, mostly through their applicant tracking systems, and from job boards whose terms allow it. About the data lists the sources. RoleFalcon is independent. It is not affiliated with, sponsored or approved by the employers, the applicant tracking systems or the job boards whose postings it shows. Company names and other trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to name the employer of a posting.

3. No part in hiring

RoleFalcon does not take part in any hiring process. It does not receive or forward applications, does not act for employers or candidates, and is not an employment agency. You apply directly on the employer's page, under the employer's terms.

4. Accuracy

Job postings belong to the employers that published them. Labels are set automatically and can be wrong. A position can close or change before the site notices it, so check the original posting before you apply.

5. Your account

You can create an account with a Google account. Keep access to that account safe. You can delete your account at any time on your account page. We can close an account that breaks these terms.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not access the site with automated tools beyond what its robots.txt allows.
• Do not try to get around the limit on results for visitors without an account.
• Do not try to break into the site, to overload it or to disturb other users.

7. Removal on request

An employer, a job board or a person named in a posting can ask us to remove postings or to stop reading a job list. Write to the email in the Legal Notice. We remove the postings and stop reading the list within 7 days.

8. Links to other sites

Links to other sites are given for your convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.

9. Liability

The site is provided free of charge and as it is. We work to keep it correct and available, but we do not promise that it is always available or free of errors. We are not liable for decisions you make based on the site, except where the law does not allow this limit, for example for intent or gross negligence.

10. Changes to these terms

We can change these terms. The date at the top shows the last change. If a change matters for account holders, we show a notice on the site before it applies.

11. Applicable law

Spanish law applies to these terms and to the use of the site. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the law of your country of residence.
